New Clients’ Developing and Maintaining Procedure :

 

(1)   If you are inquiry us about the existing products or parts, then we will do not need to cut a new tool, the process   is as follows:

 

Clients inquiring the unit price and ask for samples. (We can send you the samples for free, but you have to pay the Courier fee yourself, you can either pay us or you can collect the parcel at your own account, We normally use DHL for sample delivery and if you have special requirement we can choose FedEx, UPS, TNN as well)Samples tested and confirmed, then the clients can require for a sales confirmation. We will start production once we receive the confirmed Sales Confirmation and the clients Wire Transfer.We finished the production and send the products out and then the clients get the packages.

 

(2). If your products are customized, then we will need to go through the following step.

 1. You can send us the professional drawings like igs, stp, and other 3D formatted files, then we can take your drawing to the tooling factory and start the tool building immediately. But If you only have a draft, we can design the products for you and we will confirm with you about all the sizes related, and after your confirmation, we will take the 3D drawings we designed to the tooling factory. And if you only have samples, you can send us the samples and we will design the 3D drawing for you and make sure the products exactly the same as your samples.

 

2. after the tool building, you can require us send you the samples(By DHL FEDEX UPS OR TNT)

 

3. Client confirm the samples, and we can make a deal and sign the Sales Confirmation bilaterally.

 

4. We start the production after the clients paid us the money for the products.

5. We finish the production and make sure the packages are conformed to your requests.

6. The products shipping out and clients get the packages.
